El Secreto de los Gansos Canadienses…

Hola Brillante Emprendedor, Emprendedora!

Hoy quiero compartirte los 5 Secretos que aprendí de los Gansos Canadienses… sobre el Éxito!

1. Siempre viajan en formación, una “V”, liderado por una sola ave.
En mi negocio esto está representado por mi VISIóN, dirección clara y alineada con mi misión personal. Siempre guiándome como un GPS…

2. Cuando un ganso se sale de formación, descubre que le cuesta mucho más esfuerzo avanzar.
Los gansos avanzan 70% mas en su viaje, utilizando la misma cantidad de energía, cuando se mantienen en formación.
En mi negocio cuando utilizo las estrategias que he aprendido todo funciona mas fácil, todo fluye y requiere menos esfuerzo – cuando “me salgo de formación” y no sigo los principios y estrategias aprendidos soy mucho menos eficiente…

3. Los gansos rotan su liderazgo – para poder “descansar”
He aprendido que si no descanso y creo tiempo para recargar mis baterías es mucho mas difícil continuar guiando y liderando a otros en su camino al éxito.
Amo lo que hago, y a pesar de que recibo enorme satisfacción y me inspira mi trabajo, necesito tomar vacaciones y cargar nuevamente mi “tanque de gasolina espiritual.”

4. Los Gansos graznan para comunicarse…
Cuando los gansos pasan volando podemos oír sus graznidos. Lo que están haciendo es comunicarse. Es la manera en que “preguntan” a sus compañeros: “En dónde estas?” – y escuchan la respuesta: “estoy aquí”
Es tan crucial y fundamental comunicarnos y mantenernos en conexión.
Tengo que mantener una comunicación saludable y fluida con mi equipo, mis estudiantes y consultantes para sentirnos conectados, caminando juntos en este viaje llamado Vida!
Es la manera en que he creado mi Tribu… Y TÚ perteneces a ella!!!

5. Los Gansos se ayudan unos a otros
Si un ganso sale de formación o cae a tierra, dos gansos lo acompañan para protegerlo y cuidarlo. 
Estamos en este camino juntos, formando relaciones y apoyándonos los unos a los otros a cumplir la Misión de Nuestras Almas!

No estamos solos, cuando enfrentamos un desafío, podemos contar con nuestra Tribu para apoyarnos.

Finalmente, quiero compartirte que:

Nuestros “graznidos” deben ser de apoyo y estímulo.
Los Resultados son más poderosos cuando recibimos apoyo y ánimo.
El llenarte de Poder Individual es el resultado de los “graznidos” positivos!

PATOS CANADIENSES Y SU MIGRACION

Los patos canadiense o ganso del Canadá es un ave natural de América del Norte,  esta ave  es muy conocida por sus espectaculares migraciones en los cielos de Alaska en el otoño.se dice que  a principios del siglo XX esta hermosa ave migratoria estuvo al borde de la extinción, pero gracias al trabajo de las agencias protectoras de la vida salvaje se ha recuperado. Estas  se extienden en estado salvaje desde Alaska hasta Groenlandia, incluyendo algunas islas árticas. Aquí anida en verano, ya que en invierno baja hasta el sur de Canadá, centro de Estados Unidos e incluso Norte de México. Algunos ejemplares han llegado en su migración otoñal hasta Japón, China o Hawai y, ocasionalmente, Cuba y otras islas caribeñas. Artificialmente ha sido introducida con éxito en el Reino Unido, Islandia, Escandinavia y Nueva Zelanda, donde han llegado a reproducirse hasta constituir casi una plaga. En algunos casos se ha hecho sedentaria, pero la mayoría sigue conservando su instinto migrador. El vuelo es fuerte, capaz de largas travesías en las que vuelan manteniendo una V en la que van cambiando para mantener la posición delantera. Además  acostumbran a anidar en la tundra, siempre cerca de grandes lagos o pequeños humedales. Es muy sociable e incluso nidifica dentro de las ciudades en los parques públicos. Cuando está anidando, sin embargo, se vuelve agresiva y defiende su territorio. Se estima que la unión de la pareja es de por vida.
Además cabe mencionar que las actividades humanas han amenazado a muchas especies de aves migratorias. Las distancias involucradas en sus migraciones significan que ellas a menudo cruzan las fronteras de países y las medidas de conservación requieren la cooperación internacional. Varios tratados internacionales se han firmado para proteger especies.
